During the workshop, the participants explored possible directions of development together and discussed forecasts for the future of their company. As a result, the most likely future scenarios for the industry were developed. We worked using many different forecasting methods including the STEEP (socio-economic – economic – environmental – political) model, using change factor cards and visioning.
